What is the biggest challenge you will face in the next six months?
I’m 71 and Im planning to return to college to become a medical assistant. I’ll be the oldest person on campus including faculty.
Are you patriotic? What does being patriotic mean to you?
It means more than waving the flag. It means standing up for when it’s unpopular, when no one is watching. It’s being unintended in serving something greater than self.
Are there any activities or hobbies you’ve outgrown or lost interest in over time?
Ive moved beyond golf.
What would you do if you won the lottery?
After surrendering half of it to taxes, I’d use whatever remains to pay off debt, invest a portion, give to entities I support now.
What do you enjoy doing most in your leisure time?
As a retired person one would think I have lots of leisure time but not really. I currently fill a lot of my time podcasting. I produce 5 podcasts so I do a lot of researching and writing.
